Traveling from New York to Miami to Begin Our Disney Cruise
In this travel vlog from late February 2020, Mike, Maria, and their sister/in-law, Cheri are traveling from New York to Miami, to begin their Disney Cruise. This is the prelude to a series of videos that will cover their cruise adventure. In it, they take the train to JFK airport, use the AirTrain, fly into the sky, and then land in Miami. They check into the brand new Comfort Inn & Suites, near Miami International Airport. The next morning, after a poolside breakfast, they arrive at the Port of Miami to find their Disney Cruise ship! Star Wars Celebration 2019 (Day 3 of 5)
On day 3 of 5 of Star Wars Celebration 2019, Mike sports his Han Solo cosplay and runs into several Wookiees! Maria sports her Sith Twi’lek and wields her lightsaber. Mike also participates in Rebel Legion’s group photo, before taking a photo with Chewbacca himself, Peter Mayhew.

Star Wars Celebration 2019 (Day 1 of 5)
On day 1 of 5 of Star Wars Celebration 2019, we encounter Star Wars Muppets, while waiting on line for the Celebration store. We check out the Exhibit Hall, and found Star Wars toys from our 1980s childhood. In the evening, we attended a Posh Night at Canto Bight – held at the Museum of Science and Industry, in Chicago.

Beetlejuice Musical & Beetle House NYC
We went to see the Beetlejuice Musical on Broadway, but first had dinner at Beetle House NYC. We did this on the 31st anniversary of Beetlejuice, the 1988 movie directed Tim Burton.
At Beetle House NYC, we bumped into the man himself, plus Jack Skellington! If you’re a Tim Burton fan, this is a place you have to check out in New York City.
At the end of the vlog, Maria and Mike share their review of Beetlejuice the Musical.

Walker Stalker NJ (2018)
Walker Stalker Con celebrates The Walking Dead. The largest one is in Atlanta, GA, where they film the show. But, “ours” is in New Jersey every December. This was our third rodeo. We met Ross Marquand; Khary Payton; Tom Payne; passed Norman Reedus; was in the presence of Jeffrey Dean Morgan (we met him in 2017).
We love this con. It’s small and intimate. The cast of TWD are super friendly and great to banter with.

Anime NYC (2018)
We attended the 2nd Anime NYC con (we also attended last year). Anime NYC is an annual 3-day anime convention held during November at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. The Javits is New York’s largest event space and home of NY Comic Con (check out our vlog from that day, as well).
